...Your Love Within Can Never Be Destroyed..."

 A good friend of mine sent me this yesterday. This is not just about me, but YOU too.

 "...Know when to close doors and when to open. You CAN say NO. Walk away. The thing is ... like a Samurai ~ when you say NO (symbollically), you walk away holding no anger, fear, remorse, frustration, guilt et cetera. You walk away holding your ground. YOU are the CENTER of your UNIVERSE. THE CAPTAIN OF YOUR SHIP. Beholding to nothing and noone else. No matter what.
Your Love 'within' can never be destroyed. Keep walking in that.
You are beautiful. You are amazing. You are everything of value. And others who might say to you something different? DO NOT PAY ATTENTION. As they speak, let their false words fall at your feet. Stay in CALM knowing who you are. You will speak louder to them in this calm, than they ever will by their false words, for they do not fit you. Sort of like their words are a 'square block' and you are a CIRCLE. It cannot enter
Breathe. IN then OUT ... FEEL who you ARE. Do not allow any 'thoughts' to enter. NONE. STAY FOCUSSED on SIMPLICITY ~ example: the beating of your Heart. Let go of all outside and inner chatter - I know, easier said than done
This is a place you can be and is PERFECT. It is Okay to sit here, to rest, to breathe peacefully, to know that this place holds no judgement, it is serene, it is the wind singing, the birds chirping, the grass growing, it is YOU perfect and whole to BE.
Erase the tape of what others think. YOU are so beautiful. Intelligent. Creative. Simple. Loving. Kind. Miraculously Divine. Even if you do nothing? You are doing EVERYTHING..."
